Our top recommendation in Messaria, where the school is located, is Hotel Kalma, which offers generous discounts on single and double rooms for our TEFL course participants.

A more economical alternative, also close by the school in Messaria, is Hotel Anny, a two-star hotel which offers double rooms for twelve euros per person in July and September, rising to twenty in August.

In nearby Karterados, about fifteen minutes' walk  from the school, our top recommendations are Villa Manos, which offers self-catering facilities and has rooms from ten euros per person per night, and Hotel Cyclades which also offers greatly reduced rates for our TEFL trainees.

Other alternatives close to the school in Messaria are Hotel Apollon, which is right across the road from the school, and Loizos Hotel, next door to Apollon. Villa Danezis and Hotel Kalisperis are also close by.

Other alternatives in Karterados include Pension Livadaros, Atlas Pension, Villa Rosa, Agapi Villas, Pension Stella and Stavros Villas.

Kavallaris Pension is in Vothanas, also just outside of Messaria but to the South.  

There is plentiful accommodation in the main town of Santorini, Fira, which is two miles from Messaria. Most of the centrally-located accommodation is very expensive, but a few of the more affordable options are Anemomilos Suites, Antonia Apartments and Villa Popi. 

As Messaria is very well connected by bus, you can choose to stay pretty much anywhere in Santorini. The map below shows the bus routes, all of which pass through Messaria. Bus timetables are available here. 

 Just a short bus ride from the school, Kamari is one of the nearest beach resorts, and offers accommodation of all types at reasonable prices.

There is lots of inexpensive accommodation by the beach in Perissa, about five miles away to the South-East.

At the North-Western end of the island, the spectacular Oia is about eight miles from Messaria. Accommodation options here include Youth Hostel Oia.

As soon as you enroll on the course, we'll advise you on the available options according to your preferences. When making your choice of course dates, do make sure you take into account the cost of accommodation, which increases considerably in the summer season. Also, bear in mind that Santorini is one of the most desirable destinations in the world, and accommodation does get booked up well in advance.
