Getting to Santorini
For those travelling from the UK, easyJet offer a direct service from London Gatwick to Santorini, and there are numerous charter flights from the UK to Santorini in the summer. If you're coming from the USA, you may also find that the simplest and most economical way is also to travel via London.
For those travelling via Athens, both Olympic and Aegean operate several flights per day from Athens to Santorini. Alternatively, ferries from Piraeus take four or five hours depending on the company (Blue Star Ferries, Ventouris or Aigaion Pelagos) and cost around 40 euros.
A free transfer service from the port or airport is usually offered by the owners of the accommodation where you'll be staying.
